Main activity | Components: ACQUITY UPC² (Waters), Xevo G2 Qtof (Waters). tof: time-of-flight mass spectrometry. This equipment can be used as an alternative to UHPLC analysis coupled with Orbitrap. It uses a mobile phase consisting of CO2 in supercritical phase and organic solvent. CO2 is recycled and the amount of solvent is lower than in HPLC making this technology more green. In addition, the separation power of this technology makes it possible to understand isomeric differences. |
