Multi-purpose deep-sea vessel, 120.5m long, capable of sailing in all oceans. It fulfils two main functions: 1/ Oceanographic research in all non-frozen oceans, 2/ Logistics for the French subantarctic Crozet Islands, Kerguelen Islands, and Amsterdam and Saint-Paul Islands on behalf of the French Southern and Antarctic Lands (TAAF).
