ENIB - ECOLE NATIONALE D'INGENIEURS DE BREST ENIB was established in 1961 and is a public-sector institution overseen by the Ministry for Higher Education, Research and Innovation. Jacques Tisseau has been its Director since 2008. ENIB is part of the Technopôle Brest-Iroise cluster, which houses research laboratories and high-tech companies.
